Special meeting called to order by Board President

Motion by Teri Olson and seconded by Dennis Munnelly and carried unanimously to enter executive session to conduct interviews for consultant firm to assist in the Superintendent Search process. Time: 7:05 p.m. (Note: Helen Grosso left executive session at 8:45 p.m.)

Motion by Robert Gaglione and seconded by Terri Olson and carried unanimously to reconvene to open session for the purpose of adjournment. Time: 9:18 p.m.

Motion by Dennis Munnelly and seconded by Robert Gaglione and carried by remaining 5 Board

members to adjourn this meeting. Time: 9:19 p.m.
